After a decade as a freelance writer with a focus on crafting dynamic female characters, Cat stepped slightly off the path into event communications and coordination. After several years with Barrel & Flow Fest, she returned to what she loved most: celebrating and empowering women. Where once she told stories of badass women, now she delights in listening to the stories from the badass women she meets through Babesburgh.

As a small business owner herself of Cecelia's Collection - handmade, slow fashion, and up-cycled good for adults and kids - Shelley is passionate about supporting other small business owners and artists.
